How far in advance should I place my order?

Minimum 48 hour notice is preferred for all board orders. Securing your grazing table early is always best, as we have limited availability and our dates are booked on a first come first serve basis. Please email us your desired date/time and we will get back to your as soon as possible to let you know if we are available. Orders are not confirmed until we have responded and accepted your request and your deposit has been paid. Please email Julie@grategrazeboards.com about your event or order and we will be sure to try and accommodate as best as possible.
What are your certifications?
Grate Graze Boards is fully licensed and insured, and Food Safety Manager Certified. We process all of our boards and prep in a commercial kitchen in Bulverde/New Braunfels Area
Do you do delivery?
Delivery for all boards is included within 20 miles of the New Braunfels, TX area. All delivery of grazing tables and set up is included in your price.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have a food allergy, please advise upon ordering. We can accommodate special requests such as vegetarian, pork free, gluten free as long as it is noted. I will take the highest precautions to ensured your food is well cared for.
Serving tips?
It is always best to consume boards within 24 hours to maintain optimal freshness. All boards should remain refrigerated until serving. Remove boards from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving. Cheese tastes best at room temperature. Meats and cheeses should not be left out for more than two hours.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please email Julie@grategrazeboards.com 5 days before scheduled pick-up/delivery date for a full refund on boards. 0-4 days prior are ineligible for a refund. Grazing Tables are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your event. 7-14 days will be subject to your 25% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of your event are subject to a no refund and based on the discretion of Grate Graze
